Russell wary of wounded Bees

PETE Russell is aware of the wounded animal as his Slough Jets face the Bracknell Bees this weekend.

Last week, the jets destroyed the Bees 9-0 and this weekend Slough host the Guildford Flames on Saturday and then travel to Bracknell on Sunday who will be keen to gain immediate revenge.

Russell added: "I don't think there is anything harder than playing Guildford and Bracknell. They are going to be tough, tough, tough games.

"Bracknell will think they owe us one and Guildford are a big budget side - it will be a real barn burner, that's for sure."
