Adam Federici's girlfriend slams 'unloyal' Reading FC

ADAM Federici's girlfriend has launched a stinging attack on Reading FC after the Australian goalkeeper was dropped for the game with Tottenham Hotspur.

Following a couple of costly errors against Stoke City and Chelsea, Federici found himself replaced by Alex McCarthy on Sunday.

And his girlfriend Micaela Gardner was far from impressed with the decision, saying on Twitter: "Football has left me feeling totally numb and empty inside! For once I have NO explanation! #noloyalty #absolutejoke.

"Unbelievable!!! You need thick skin for success!!"

Another friend, Stephanie Gardner, also let her views be known on the social network site, saying: "Reading FC absolute joke of a club unbelievable the way they can treat there {sic} players #lost3-1 tactical decision did not work #badmanagement."

Reading will be looking to bounce back from the defeat to Spurs when they go to West Bromwich Albion this Saturday (3pm).
