HOLYPORT FC face the difficult trip to high-flying Wantage Town tonight (Tuesday) looking to return to winning ways in the Hellenic Premier Division.

The Villagers got off to a flying start this year with three consecutive victories - including winning an opening day 8-3 thriller with Kidlington - but have since failed to win in their last four Hellenic Premier fixtures.

Manager Derek Sweetman will be buoyed by the 3-0 FA Vase second qualifying round success over Winslow last weekend and the capture of midfield playmaker Leigh Mason from Slough Town.

Holyport, however, will be without left-back Steve Deverall (hamstring injury) and Ross Crawford (work commitments) for the trip to Oxfordshire.

Elsewhere, Micky Woodham will bid for his very first points as manager of Windsor FC tonight when his new-look team travel to Cove in Combined Counties Premier Division action.

Windsor have suffered back-to-back defeats under Woodham thus far - suffering an 8-2 loss at home to Egham Town and going down 6-1 at Hanworth Villa last weekend.

Elsewhere, Beaconsfield SYCOB travel to Dorset this evening for an FA Trophy preliminary round reply against Poole Town after the two teams played out a goalless draw at Holloways Park.

Finally, Burnham will move into the Southern Division One Central play-off places with victory at Ashford Town (Middx) tonight.

The Blues have not played a competitive fixture for 10 days - a narrow 2-1 league win against AFC Hayes.
