MAIDENHEAD United eased their relegation worries from Blue Square Conference South after a 3-1 win at Basingstoke Town.
The Magpies are now unbeaten in 12 of their last 14 meetings with Basingstoke, including Boxing Day's heated 1-1 draw, thanks to Reece Tilson-Lascaris' early strike and Richard Pacquette's brace.
The victory extended their unbeaten run to three and moves the club five points clear of the relegation zone.
Maidenhead thought they had taken the lead from a corner kick only for the effort to be ruled out by referee Nigel Lugg. But they did go in front 30 minutes in when Tilson-Lascaris fired past Basingstoke keeper Chay Morris.
Town almost replied when Angus MacDonald headed Wes Daly's free-kick against the post.
However, Basingstoke equalised six minutes into the second-half through Bradley Bubb.
But Pacquette restored Magpies' lead seven minutes from time then sealed the points in the 88th minute by firing low past Morris.

MAIDENHEAD United striker Richard Pacquette completed his move to Blue Square Premier side Lincoln City on Tuesday after passing a medical at Sincil Bank.
United boss Johnson Hippolyte said: "I'm glad for Richard. He always wanted to stay in the Conference and now he's got another chance. I'm happy for him but I feel sorry for ourselves as he has been a breath of fresh air."
