MAIDENHEAD United FC's '140 years at York Road' party celebrations were dashed by a late Michael Rankine equaliser in their FA Cup first round clash with Aldershot Town on Saturday.
Anthony Thomas put Magpies ahead early on with a perfectly executed strike but Rankine side-footed home from six yards on 77 minutes to force the tie into a replay at the Ebb Stadium on Tuesday 22 November.
The winners of the replay will travel to League One side Sheffield Wednesday, who won 2-1 at Morecombe on Sunday, in the second round on the weekend of December 3/4.
Slough Town went back to the top of Southern Division One with a 2-0 win against high-flying St. Neots Town at Holloway's Park.
Ben Abbey gave Rebels a 22nd-minute lead when heading Stuart Swift's cross into the top corner and Slough doubled their lead on the stroke of half-time thanks to Nathan Bowden-Haase's close-range finish.
Beaconsfield SYCOB slipped out of the play-off places and down to mid-table after a 2-1 loss at Woodford United.
Fiston Manuella headed Rams into the lead but Glenn Hawkins restored parity shortly before the break with a smart turn and finish.
Ben Milner rose well to head home a floated free-kick midway through the second half and seal the win for the hosts.
Burnham slipped into the relegation places for the first time this season after a 3-1 loss at Leighton.
James Hatch put the hosts in front with a long-range effort that lobbed new Burnham keeper Andy Bayliss.
Kieran Knight had shots cleared off the line and struck the crossbar before Leon Simpson beat Blues' captain Will Dunlop in a sprint and scored past Bayliss.
Ross Hanley converted Jake Bewley's cross from the left to seal the points on the hour mark before Mitch Woodward bagged a consolation goal with a shot that deflected off Mark Nisbet.
Elsewhere, Windsor FC continued their push for promotion from Combined Counties Premier with a comfortable 7-1 victory against Cove in a game that saw star midfielder Jake Parsons return after the demise of Windsor & Eton in February.
Goals from Kyle Anthony, Yashwa Romeo and a Joe Chandiram penalty put Windsor three goals ahead at half-time, and all three were on target again in the second period.
Ben Porter added a seventh in injury time while Dean Thomas bagged a consolation goal for the hosts.
Finally, Holyport slipped to their sixth consecutive defeat after losing a nine-goal thriller 6-3 at Ascot United in the Hellenic Premier League.
After going a goal behind inside 60 seconds, the Villagers took a 2-1 lead into the break thanks to goals from Ben Sturgess and Dan Bailey.
A Jon Bennett hat-trick after the break and a Chris Firrelly goal put Ascot 5-2 ahead before Jamie Handscomb pulled one back from the penalty spot. Bennett bagged his fourth and Ascot's sixth late on to seal the win.
