MAIDENHEAD United recovered from falling a goal behind to draw 1-1 away at Dover Athletic in the National League on Saturday.

A goal from Mitch Walker gave Dover the lead on 76 minutes at the Crabbie Athletic Ground, before a Jake Hyde strike in the final minute of normal levelled the scores.

The point keeps Maidenhead in 12th position in the league table ahead of a trip to sixth-placed Bromley on Tuesday (7.45pm).

Maidenhead return to York Road for the visit of Dagenham & Redbridge this Saturday (3pm).

Windsor are through to the second round proper of the FA Vase following a 5-2 win away at Flackwell Heath on Saturday.

Flackwell took the lead inside the opening 60 seconds at Wilks Park when Dean Allen netted from the penalty spot.

But, goals from Keiron Knight, Luke Brooks-Smith and Ashley Smith gave Windsor a clear lead at the half-time interval, before Riccardo Cannon added a fourth after the break.

Thomas Willment pulled a goal back for Flackwell from the penalty spot but Jack Denton added a fifth goal for Windsor to ensure victory in the all-Hellenic Premier Division first round tie.

Windsor return to league action with a short trip to Burnham on Tuesday (7.45pm), before a second visit to Flackwell this Saturday (3pm), this time in round two of the Hellenic League Challenge Cup.

Holyport suffered a gut-wrenching 3-2 defeat away at Bicester Town in Hellenic Division One East on Saturday when conceding the winning goal three minutes into injury time.

Goals from Ricardo Benjamin and Wayne Blossom gave Bicester a clear lead inside 10 minutes at The Playing Fields.

Port levelled the scores as Sam Whitfield and Fabian Driffill netted either side of the half-time interval, but Blossom secured the points for the home team with his late winner.

Holyport, now in sixth position in the league table, return to action with a trip to Chinnor on November 4.

Virginia Water did not have a fixture to fulfill last weekend but welcome Bagshot to Stag Meadow in the Surrey Premier Cup on Tuesday (7.45pm) before returning to league action at home to Wokingham & Emmbrook this Saturday (3pm).
