Cricket
WINDSOR Cricket Club continued their development of late with a boost to their youth section.
Following the success of the first team with promotion to Division One of the Thames Valley League last year, Windsor are looking to improve the talented youngsters that have already showed such promise.
In a bid to support the very active youth section, former Windsor Boys' School student Mark Wilkins, director of Tangible Building Solutions Ltd, Windsor, who used to play for the club gave a cheque of £500 to sponsor the Windsor's under-17 team, represented by 15-year-old Olly Jordan.
The indoor nets have already started for Windsor at Windsor Boys' School, for juniors (seven-14) it is on Saturdays between 2-5pm and seniors on Sundays between 3-5pm.
