HOME Counties Premier Cricket League rivals Burnham and Slough could not be separated in a draw at Upton Court Road on Saturday.
The league has now switched to the timed format of the game, and Burnham set a total of 207-8 from 55 overs.
Overseas star Aftab Khan top-scored with 68, while skipper Harveer Gandam (41) and Kuran Kumar (38*) also contributed to the score.
Shaan Khan led the bowling attack for Slough with figures of 4-30. He was supported by Steven Green (2-21) and Ali Akbar Raja (2-59).
In reply, Slough made it to 175-4 from 48 overs for a share of the spoils.
Berkshire ace Waqas Hussain (52) and Khan (51) both made half-centuries with Shahid Yousaf unbeaten on 39, but it was not enough for the home team to secure the win.
Muhammad Haroon (2-35) and Khan (2-56) were the pick of the Burnham bowlers.
Slough travel to bottom-of-the-table and winless Harefield this Saturday, whilst Burnham are at home to Tring Park (both 11am starts).
In Division Two, Cookham Dean were held to a home draw by Shipton-under-Wychwood.
Aditya Rai (2-30), Herbert Chikomba (2-54) and Wasim Ahmed (2-79) were the leading Cookham wicket takers as Shipton closed on 243-8 from 51 overs.
Calvin Dickinson (61), Craig Wood (53) and Anupam Sanklecha (53) provided the backbone to the innings.
In reply, Cookham reached 203-6 after 45 overs with Patrick Castleden (53*) and Yasir Qureshi (44) the leading scorers. Wood took 2-29.
The match between Oxford and Datchet was abandoned.
