Pace ace targets more glory

DEJI Tobais may have cemented his place as the UK's top under-20 sprinter last season but now the Windsor, Slough, Eton & Hounslow ace wants more.
He has set his sights on taking the under-23 ranks by storm in 2011.
The 19-year-old 100m runner had a whirlwind 2010 that saw him finish second at the Aviva U20&U23 Championships and also make the semi-final at the Junior World Championships in Canada.
And despite suffering from a career-threatening stress fracture in his lower back, Tobais also still managed to lower his personal best to an impressive 10.30 seconds.
However, he is targeting bigger prey in 2011 at July's European Under-23 Championships in Ostrava.
"My 2010 was probably a seven-and-a-half out of 10 because I was injured at the start and it was a season or even a career ending injury and I was kind of worried about how I would come back," he said.
"I held everything back and sort of took things carefully. I still managed to run 10.30 seconds so I was delighted with that as at one point I was thinking I wouldn't even be able to run again.
"Heading into 2011 I wouldn't say my injury has completely disappeared but it is a lot better so I am just going to push on and try and not let it affect me.
"My main aim is to make the team for the European U23 Championships
