SHEPHERDS HUT have brought the curtain down on their season in Division Two with a 2-0 victory at Langley Old Boys.

The Hut dominated the match for 80 minutes and took the lead when the excellent Dan Squires found Craig Kelly who raced in to finish past the Langley keeper.

The visitors continued to threaten and it was only a matter of time before the second goal arrived. The Hut thought the moment had come when Josh Murray was brought down in the box.

Murray dusted himself down to take the spot-kick and smashed the ball towards the top corner only for the Langley keeper to make another fine save.

Shepherds Hut started to look more vulnerable in the final 10 minutes and Langley hit the crossbar.

But, with two minutes to go, The Hut wrapped up the game. Karl Haggan played arguably the pass of the season through to man-of-the-match Jack Tyson who slipped the ball past the keeper.

Unbeaten Premier Division champions Real Milan will bring their season to close with a league match away to Singh Sabha this Sunday (10.30am).
