SLOUGH have returned from the Christmas break with a 15-15 home draw against Crowthorne in the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Premier on Saturday.

Craig Fullicks and Johnny Spandley scored the tries for The Greenies. Max Miles converted the try from Fullicks and also booted a penalty.

The draw at Tamblyn Fields leaves Slough in eighth position in the league table though they are just two points behind fourth-placed Didcot where they travel this Saturday (2.15pm).

Drifters returned from the festive break with a 37-18 win away at rivals Phoenix.

Full-back Rob Wills bagged a hat-trick with Brad Parker and Matt Brown also scoring at Institute Road, where hooker Simon Heeks also made his 50th appearance for the Drifters first team.

The result keeps Drifters second in the league table ahead of a visit from bottom of the table Risborough this Saturday.

Second from bottom Phoenix are away to third-placed Hungerford.

Farnham Royal remain bottom of the BBO Championship after they had to conceded a home walk-over win to Wheatley.

The Royals welcome second from bottom Aldermaston to Farnham Park this Saturday.

Maidenhead have surrendered their lead at the top of South West One East following a 20-17 defeat at Banbury.

The visitors trailed 20-0 at the break before a second-half rally included tries from Mike Burnett, Rorie Hannigan and Tom Finnie, who could only add the conversion to his own score.

Windsor suffered a 37-7 home defeat at the hands of Newbury Blues.
