X Factor star Danyl Johnson has made it through to the next round of the show despite a disappointing performance this week.
The 27-year-old's rendition of Aerosmith's hit I Don't Want To Miss a Thing had mixed reactions from judges with some saying it was out of tune and he had lost his spark.
The Windsor dance and drama teacher had a difficult week after falling into the bottom two last week and seemed to have lost his confidence.
On the ITV show, mentor Simon Cowell, said: "Here's the problem we've got contradictory things going on here. When he comes out confident he is cocky but when he tones it down he isn't confident. What is he to do?
"You are still undoubtedly the best singer still in the competition.
"I genuinely, genuinely hope that the public vote for you this week Danyl you deserve it."
Danyl will now take the stage for a fifth week on Saturday.
