School contributes to 'Face Britain'

ARTISTIC youngsters at a Windsor school put paint and pen to paper to take part in a national world record attempt.
Face Britain includes children aged four to 16, across the country, creating a self-portrait which will be put together to create a giant image of The Queen's face to be projected onto Buckingham Palace to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee this spring.
All the children at Dedworth Green First School, off Smiths Lane, have completed their own self-portrait and have sent them to Face Britain.
The organisers hope the art installation will break the record for most individual contributions. The current record is 28,267 participants.
