SNOW across the Royal Borough will bring out the sledges, snowmen and snowballs but there is disruption to travel routes.
The Royal Borough of Windsor Maidenhead has been gritting the roads since 8am on Saturday morning and police are advising people not to travel on the roads unless it is essential.
Firefighters across the Royal Borough were not called to any traffic incidents over night but they are warning as the snow melts, the roads could become more icy and dangerous throughout the day.
The Royal Borough is more prepared to deal the adverse weather this time around with 800 tonnes of additional salt and a fifth snow plough added to its fleet.
