Teen admits burglaries and thefts

A TEENAGER has pleaded guilty to burglaries and thefts in Maidenhead and Slough.

Christopher Lamb appeared at Slough Magistrates Court on Thursday charged with two burglaries, one theft from a motor vehicle and breach of his bail conditions.

The 18-year-old of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty and has been remanded in custody to appear before Reading Crown Court at a later date for sentencing.

Lamb admitted four offences, including two burglaries - one in Bottle Lane, Maidenhead, on July 20, and the other in Botham Drive, Slough, on August 9 - theft from a motor vehicle in Slough on April 29 and breaching bail conditions set during court proceedings on July 15.

He also asked for 24 other offences to be taken into consideration at the time of sentencing, including nine burglaries in Slough, one theft of a bicycle and 14 thefts from motor vehicles in Windsor and Slough.
