TWO teenage girls arrested over the death of a woman in a house fire have been bailed.
The 16-year-old and 19-year-old were arrested at their homes in Slough on Monday, but have now been bailed until Tuesday, August 3 pending further investigations by the police.
The victim, named locally as Saimah Ali, 23, was visiting the home in Moor Lane, Maidenehead when the fatal blaze started in the early hours of Friday morning.
Fifteen other people, including a seven-month-old baby escaped the fire, but two did require hospital treatment for a broken leg and smoke inhalation.
A post mortem carried out over the weekend showed she did from smoke inhalation.
