POLICE have today closed a crack house after months of related anti-social behaviour.
A flat within a block in Filmer Close, Windsor was closed today (Friday) after a court granted a closure notice at 1pm. The occupants had until 3pm to leave the property and they did.
The locks were changed and the door and windows secured. Anyone who enters the property within the next three months will be arrested.
Neighbourhood Specialist Officer PC Mikes Jones said: "There has been a lot of kids hanging around here causing misery to people. There has been lots of drug paraphernalia that has been found in and around the hall."
A warrant was carried out on January 29 where police found white powder and swabbed surfaces where they found high traces of Class A drugs including cocaine and MDA - a derivative of ecstasy.
There were three arrests from that warrant, and the three remain on bail.
