Leisure lifestyle show comes to Windsor

WINDSOR Racecourse will be hosting an all encompassing and jam-packed three day leisure show next weekend.
The British Leisure show will be officially opened on Friday at 10am by the Mayor of the Royal Borough Cllr Jesse Grey.
Visitors to the show at the racecourse in Maidenhead Road will get the chance to experience a range of kid's activities, extreme sports and new leisure hobbies for all ages.
Demonstrations and activities will include canoeing simulated wind surfing and dinghy sailing, kite making and flying, boat building, horse riding, fly fishing and quad biking.
Caroline Evans, spokesperson for the British Leisure Show, said: "We've created a family friendly event with something available for all ages to try - you never know you may find a brand new hobby! We are keen to get local residents involved and will be working will local school children and their parents to encourage active, fun, family time."
She added: "With family tickets only £20, free parking, free show guides, free child safe zone scheme, on-site camping, pets welcomg and dedicated boat trips to Windsor town, it's definitely a show worth visiting."
The show, which is open from 10am to 5pm on each day, will also be hosting the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile run on the Sunday which raises cash for Sport Relief and rowing with the Royal Navy in aid of the Help for the Heroes charity.
The show is split into eight zones which include caravan and camping, cars and bikes, Britain and abroad, outdoor and country, extreme sports, motorhomes and campervans, boats and watersports and holiday homes.
Each zone includes a range of products, activities and features such as the Supercar Salon, which showcases a collection of the world's finest super and hyper cars, and the Powerboat Display that includes P1, F1 and Thunderboat raceboats.
