Boy charged with theft

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with the theft of a DVD player from a van in Windsor.

The charge is in connection with an in incident in Acre Passage on Sunday evening.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested near the scene of the incident at about 10pm and charged on Monday.

He has been released on bail to appear before Maidenhead Youth Court on Tuesday, February 16.
