Body found in woods

POLICE are investigating after a body of a man was found in woodlands in Windsor.

The man"s body was discovered near Drift Road yesterday (Sunday) morning.

A spokeswoman from Thames Valley Police said: 'It is too early at this stage to speculate or confirm the man"s identity.

She added it appears the man died from gunshot wounds.

The site was cordoned off while forensic teams examined the area.
