RAIL passengers face paying extra at railway car parks in Slough and Maidenhead after a hike in prices.
The increases by First Great Western (FGW) have angered the towns MPs.
In Slough, drivers will have to pay an extra £1 meaning an all day ticket will cost £6.
Slough MP Fiona Mctaggart said: "This is a company that puts its profits before its passengers."
Similar increases have been made in Maidenhead with day tickets rising from £5.70 to £6.30.
Monthly tickets prices have also increased by more than 20 per cent. Slough parking has risen from £94.50 to £113 while in Maidenhead the tickets have gone up from £86 to £112.
Maidenhead MP Theresa May said: "These huge increases in car parking charges are outrageous and yet another way of raising revenue from rail users who are already paying large fares. I will be taking this up with FGW and the Department of Transport."

According to my calaclations the Maidenhead increase from £86 to £112 per month is just over 30%
However tonight (24.9.09) the RBWM is proposing a 0% increase at their Stafferton Way car park where an annual ticket costs just £575
