TWO men have been charged with theft offences after a moped was stolen in Powney Road, Maidenhead on Saturday.
Daniel Parker, 24, Bookerhill Road, High Wycombe was charged on Sunday with the theft of a motor vehicle, driving a motor vehicle dangerously, going equipped, driving whilst disqualified, using a motor vehicle on a road without insurance, failing to stop and assault.
He appeared at Slough Magistrates’ Court on Monday and has been remanded in custody to appear at Reading Crown Court on September 10.
Jamie Beldom, 18 of Cleares Pasture, Burnham was charged on Sunday with aggravated vehicle taking.
He has been bailed and is due to appear at Slough Magistrates’ Court on September 11.
