Giggling Squid restaurants have come to Windsor.

Thai born Pranee Laurillard and her husband Andy called their flourishing chain of restaurants after the nickname given one of their three children.

The couple founded the chain in the basement of a tiny fisherman’s cottage, now the Brighton restaurant, where dreams of replicating a little taste of Thailand became a reality.

The launch of their Windsor restaurant in Thames Street takes the total number to 26.

It is designed like all the others by Pranee Laurillard herself with hand-painted framed stencils, floral wallpaper and panelling to match the Thai cuisine.
