Firefighters from around the area had to attend two blazes on Saturday night, once caused by the hot weather, another probably by someone leaving an unattended fire.
The call to attend the first incident came in at 9.15pm when long grass in fields just past the Sikh Sports Center in Stoke Poges Lane, Slough caught alight after being dried out.
Two pumps attended and the fire was brought under control and extinguished quickly.
Firefighters were then immediately called out to an incident at the Scout Camp at Dorney Wood where in the middle of the camp a dell, normally used to set fires and cook, was ablaze.
The scouts were not using the camp at the time and it is believed someone broke in to the area and used the dell to set a fire before leaving it burning.
Luckily it was a small fire, one pump attended and it was doused without incident.
