DAVID VERNE ROBERTS, 55, of Princess Avenue, Windsor, pleaded not guilty to assault but was found guilty. He was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay compensation of £2828. He was also made to pay costs of £500 and a £85 victim surcharge.

SHAMILE HAMED, 33, of Edinburgh Drive, Staines, pleaded not guilty to handling stolen goods but was found guilty. He was jailed for 18 weeks, due to his history of previous offences. He was also made to pay costs of £620 and a £115 victim surcharge.

NOMAN KHALID, 39, of Lerwick Drive, Slough, pleaded guilty to a restraining order and assaulting a police officer. He was jailed for five months, and made to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

ALAN PRITCHARD, 49, of Nightingale Walk, Windsor, pleaded not guilty to using a mobile phone while driving, but was found guilty. He was fined £692, and made to pay £775 costs and a £69 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

MARK RILEY, 57, of Cross Oak, Windsor, pleaded not guilty to failing to notify the Royal Borough council of a change of circumstances that affected his housing benefit, but was found guilty. He was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, and to pay a victim surcharge of £85.

CHARLIE SEARLE, 22, of Bassett Way, Slough, pleaded not guilty to drink-driving, failing to stop his vehicle when ordered to do so by police, and driving without insurance. He was fined £450, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £45 and £200 costs. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

JAMES KING, 24, of Park Corner, Windsor, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order. He was ordered to participate in a 30 day course about building better relationships, and ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work. He was also made to pay £85 compensation and £85 costs.

STEPHANIE MACHAY, 34, of Pearce Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to stealing £24 worth of alcohol from a Co-Op in Maidenhead. She was made to pay £115 compensation, £85 costs, and given a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.

TREVOR ALPHONSO SMITH, 50, of Hanbury Road, Acton, pleaded guilty to stealing a variety of items worth £762 from B and Q in Slough. He was jailed for 16 weeks due to a history of previous offences.

A YOUTH, who cannot be named, pleaded guilty fraud by false representation, using a stolen credit card at a number of locations around Slough. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, and made to pay £100 costs. He was also ordered to pay compensation to the businesses he used the credit card at.

ADNREZJ LUBAMSKI, 61, of School Lane, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Reading, and driving whilst using a mobile phone. He was made to pay £85 costs, a £30 victim surcharge, and fined £69. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

BALJINDER DOSANJH, 45, of Farnham Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman, failing to provide a breath sample after being suspected of drink-driving, driving without insurance, and driving without a valid licence. He was ordered to complete a six month alcohol dependency course, and placed under a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim. He was also made to pay £310 costs, and an £85 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

ANDREW CHARLES SESTON, 49, of Colne Orchard, Iver, pleaded not guilty to drink-driving in Iver, but was found guilty. He was fined £350, and made to pay £775 costs and a £53 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 40 months.

ZAHIR AHMED, 33, of Uxbridge Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Wexham, and to driving whilst disqualified. He was jailed for a total of five months, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £115 for the first offence, and another £115 victim surcharge for the other. He was disqualified from driving for 49 months.

MANROOP SINGH CHHINA, 25, of Bath Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to using a train at Reading without a valid ticket. He was fined £40 and made to pay costs of £80 and a £30 victim surcharge, along with £9 compensation.

THOMAS OLIVER COLLEY, 32, of Yew Tree Road, Slough, was proved in his absence to have used a train without a valid ticket. He was made to pay £160 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, along with a £220 fine and £2 compensation.
