A trial date has been fixed for two men facing a charge of manslaughter after the death of 50-year-old Mohammed Rasheed near Goswell Hill, Windsor.
Mr Rasheed was assaulted in the early hours on September 10.
Ashley Ball, 28, of Holloway Hill, Lyne, Chertsey and Kirk Bentley, 31, of Church Street, Staines, appeared at Reading magistrates court on Tuesday.
Ball had his bail rescinded and was remanded in custody. Bentley had his bail renewed.
A trial date has now been fixed for Monday, September 3.
