The following cases were dealt with by East Berkshire's Magistrate's Courts between September 11 and 15:

RYAN PANRUCKER, 20, of Vernon Close, Stanwell, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly in William Street, Windsor, on August 16, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge. He was also discharged conditionally for 12 months for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in Maidenhead, on August 16, 2015.

DARREN WOOD, 23, of Eastbridge, Slough, was put under curfew for 12 weeks for stealing a bicycle to the value of £350 at Windsor Leisure Centre, in Stovell Road, Windsor, on August 22, 2015.

Azhar HUSSAIN, 32, of no fixed abode, was committed to prison for eight weeks for damaging a glass window belonging to McDonalds, in Windsor Road, Slough, on September 12, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £100 criminal courts charge. He was also committed to prison for four weeks concurrent after a suspended sentence was also imposed.

ANDREW MICHEAL KING, 34, of Crosthwaite Way, Slough, was committed to prison for eight weeks for the theft of five bottles of alcohol, to the value of £83.50, belonging to Marks & Spencer, in Slough, on September 13, 2015. He was ordered to pay £140.63 compensation, £80 victim surcharge and £100 criminal courts charge. He was also committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent for the theft of a BMW car, of value unknown, in Slough, on July 20, 2015.

JAGESHWAR SINGH GILL, 38, of Briar Way, Slough, was banned from driving for 24 months and ordered to undergo alcohol treatment for dependency for drink driving in Bath Road, Slough, on July 26, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

GEORGIA BAYES, 19, of Mansfield Close, Britwell, was ordered to undergo drug treatment for dependency for the theft of vitamin tablets and one pineapple juice, to the value of £150.85, belonging to Tesco, in Wellington Street, Slough, on July 15, 2015. The order was made also as sentence for one charge of failure without reasonable excuse to surrender custody at Slough Magistrates’ Court on September 7, 2015. The order was made also as sentence for one charge of theft of make-up, to the value of £160, belonging to Savers Health and Beauty Ltd, in Slough, on July 7, 2015. For this charge she was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £150 criminal courts charge. The order was made also as sentence for a charge of possession of a Class A drug, namely a quantity of cocaine, in Maidenhead, on July 7, 2015. The order was made also as sentence for two charge of failure without reasonable excuse to surrender custody at Slough Magistrates’ Court on August 6, 2015, and August 11, 2015.

STANISLAW GRZEGORZ HESOK, 33, of Howarth Avenue, Slough, was banned from driving for 24 months and ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months for drink driving in Petersfield Avenue, Slough, on August 28, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

HUR ABBAS, 26, of Railway Street, Nelson, Lancashire, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £250 for drink driving on the M4 between Junctions 8/9 and 10 on August 28, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

MOHAMMAD YAASIR ENATHALLY, 34, of Northcroft Villas, Englefield Green, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £210 for drink driving in Thames Street, Windsor, on August 29, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

LLOYD ADAM GREENFIELD, 38, of Humber Way, Slough, was fined £75 for the theft of mascara, to the value of £25, belonging to Boots, in Peascod Street, Windsor, on August 26, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

LISA CATHERINE HARDING, 42, of Church Street, Slough, was committed to prison for 12 weeks for the theft of jeggings, to the value of £472, belonging to Marks & Spencer, in High Street, Slough, on August 18, 2015. She was also ordered to pay £472 compensation. She was also committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent for the theft of clothing, to the value of £133, belonging to Marks & Spencer, in High Street, Slough, on July 2, 2015. She was also ordered to pay £133 compensation and £180 criminal courts charge. She was also committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent for the theft of clothing, to the value of £440, belonging to Marks & Spencer, in High Street, Slough, on September 2, 2015.

MOHAMMED HASHMI, 23, of Granville Avenue, Slough, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, in Stoke Poges Lane, Slough, on August 5, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £180 criminal courts charge.

GONCALO MACHADO, 22, of Horsley Road, Maidenhead, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £85 for drink driving in Fifield Road, Bray, on August 26, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

ALIN-MARIAN JARCU, 26, of Kent Avenue, Slough, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £210 for drink driving in High Street, Slough, on August 30, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

THOMAS JOHN CLARKE, 31, of Penn Road, Datchet, was ordered to undergo rehabilitation activity for assault in Thames Street, Windsor, on May 30, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge. The order also applies to use of threatening/ abusive/ insulting words/ behaviour in Thames Street, Windsor, on May 30, 2015.

JANIS VITOVS, 22, of Northern Road, Slough, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £60 compensation for criminal damage done to a car side wing mirror, to the value of £60-£100, in Essex Avenue, Slough, on August 16, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.
