Pregnant woman trapped in lift

FIREFIGHTERS were called to rescue three people, including a pregnant woman, trapped in a lift in Windsor.

A crew from Windsor Fire Station attended the scene at Martin House in Imperial Road at 2.55pm on Saturday.

A spokesman for Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue said: "One appliance attended the scene where the three people had been trapped for approximately 15 minutes.

"They were freed within ten minutes and nobody reported any injuries."
