HEART-FELT tributes were paid at a memorial held for 16-year-old Donna Spires who died unexpectedly in July.

More than 200 people attended the service at Windsor Boys' School in Maidenhead Road on Saturday to celebrate the life of the popular Windsor Girls' School pupil.

School friend Becky Shaw said: "She was a loyal friend with a contageous laugh and smile.

"She never liked to see people upset and always had a special way of cheering them up.

"She will be missed by us all and I know she is smiling down lighting up the world."
