Fun walk

FAMILIES are being urged to lace their boots and take part in a fun walk.

The Great Jubilee River Walk, which ranges from one to 12 miles will take place on Sunday, August 24 - starting in the Playing Fields at Eton College.

Fiona Try, organiser, said: “It will be a great family day out. You can walk, get a bit of exercise, enjoy the views and have a lovely picnic. There is something for everyone!”

It takes place between 10am and 4pm.

Entrance is £5 per adult and £2 for under 14s.

Money raised on the day will go towards Slough Rotary Charities.
