Restaurant reviews: The Three Tuns, Slough

WE walked in through the back door of The Three Tuns in Slough and straight into the bar area. There is plenty of room in the car park off the Farnham Road and the building big, but nicely lit, spacious, yet cosy. The wall colours are warm, with very modern, beautiful wooden floors throughout. We sat by a window in one of the alcoved areas, Bath Road side. At least three other tables were occupied by noon and by 1pm another three tables filled with lunchgoers.

A bad mouthful can leave you feeling like you've swallowed a lump of heavily spiced detergent, while a good one leaves your tongue tingling. I needn't have worried - this homemade sauce is delicate and delicious.
